Planning and fun come together for a FIESTA at the TX PLANNER BABES conference! It is a perfect place to meet fellow planners and other Texas group members!

CONFERENCE DETAILS:
Friday - MEET & GREET / Preregistration - 6pm.
Pre-registeration and mingle with fellow attendees. Location will be disclosed closer to the event, as this will be the only part of the conference NOT at the conference but at a very close by location. Food will not be included at this event
Saturday - Fiesta OLE! - 10am - 10pm
A LONG and fun filled day of classes, speakers, games, shopping, prizes & giveaways along with swag and a lot of laughs! Food provided will be lunch and dinner for this day. Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the day too. This is the day that we will have table sponsors, tablemate swaps and swaps! The destash table will also be set and awaiting everyone's destash to find a new home.
Sunday - Siesta Time! - 10am - 6pm
A fun day to wind down as we plan the day away amongst new friends and have more time to shop and support shops (for those who stay both days). The destash table will be available all day as well as games and more prize drawings and giveaways. Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided.
SPEAKERS:
**The ticket does not include hotel stay. A room block has been secured at La Quinta with excellent pricing to allow the convenience of being at the conference venue. The hotel also provides free breakfast. A link will be posted under the event in the FB group on or around May 28th. More details TBA by June 6th.
VIRTUAL TICKETS AVAILABLE:
The price of the virtual ticket will include all swag and discounts provided to in person attendees. There will be live streaming/video at the event along with your virtual host Chrissy plus online shopping discounts, for those vendors who will be at the event. Classes along with any hand outs, etc will also be provided. Make & takes will also be packed along with swag and mailed to all virtual attendees 10-14 days after the event. Virtual attendees will also be eligible for prize drawings, to be mailed along with swag as well. (If classes require supplies, they will be provided before hand if time allows, if not will be in swag box). Shipping of swag box is included in price, to those in the US. If out of the US, some fees may apply.
