Now, Nina has written a new book, Overcoming The Mom-Life Crisis, an essential handbook to help overwhelmed moms find fulfillment and create a life they love. Plus, she has designed a new Self Care Planner, as part of the the latest momAgenda planner collection, to help women prioritize themselves everyday.

We spoke with Nina about juggling a busy mom life, becoming an entrepreneur, running a planner company to now being a new author. She shares all about her journey, the new book, the latest planner launch plus some valuable wisdom and inspiration. Listen to our chat below:

OVERCOMING THE MOM LIFE CRISIS

Her new book, Overcoming The Mom Life Crisis, is the book Nina wished she had when she became a mom. For so long, mothers have been focused on taking care of everyone but themselves. Trying to keep up the perfectionist mom persona and feeling guilty for taking time for their own self care and passions. Nina wrote this book as an essential guide filled with tips and steps to help busy moms put themselves back on the to do list!
