OVERCOMING THE MOM LIFE CRISIS

Her new book, Overcoming The Mom Life Crisis, is the book Nina wished she had when she became a mom. For so long, mothers have been focused on taking care of everyone but themselves. Trying to keep up the perfectionist mom persona and feeling guilty for taking time for their own self care and passions. Nina wrote this book as an essential guide filled with tips and steps to help busy moms put themselves back on the to do list!

THE PLANNERS

NEW Self Care Planner is a brand new product to MomAgenda which combines all the function of a daily planner layout with a self care journal. The planner includes a newly designed daily layout (undated) on the right with a wellness dashboard page on the left. There is plenty of space to stay on top of your busiest days plus  track your sleep, mood, meals, water, exercise, priorities, reflections and more.  It is 6.5″ x 9 size with a soft suede-like cover in dusty rose plus it includes monthly spreads as well as lined notes pages. The paper is 120 gsm and you will just fall in love with using it everyday.

momAgenda academic planners (July 2021 – December 2022) are specially designed to calm the chaos of busy mom life. The planners have a unique weekly layout designed with space to keep track of your personal schedule plus four boxes for each family member or child and dinner. The new collection includes a soft vegan leather planner as well as a spiral version. The soft vegan leather book bound version is available in a desktop size (7″ x 9″) in the following colors; raspberry, blush, charcoal snake, aqua crocodile, midnight blue and emerald. The spiral version has a vinyl overlay cover and is available in a medium size (6.4″ x 9″) in the following colors; smoky gray snake, blush snake, bluestone leopard, chateau rose damask and teal damask. It has the same signature weekly layout as the momAgenda with monthly spreads plus tabs along with two interior pockets in a hard cover spiral format. The planner runs an academic calendar year (July 2021 – August 2022) and for the first time will be available in two sizes. The original Home Office Edition is 9″ x 11″ and the new mini version is 7.5″ x 9″. Both planners are available in the following colors; bluestone, orchid, blush snake, jade and charcoal leopard.
