Planner-preneur – Create With Bri

We are so excited to share our next “Planner-preneur” with you!  In this ongoing series, we share an inside look at people from our community that have poured all their creativity and inspiration into a “planner-related” entrepreneurial venture. This time, we are talking to Sabrina (Bri) from @createwithbri

Bri, as we know her in the planner community, is a primary care pediatrician in Georgia by day but also a planner girl at heart. All throughout her years of school, Bri used a planner functionally to stay on top of assignments, work and studying.  But it wasn’t until around 2018/19 that she joined the planner community and started her planner IG account. With a strong interest in art and crafting, she was able to merge these two passions to explore new ways of planning.

Also having a masters degree in business administration, Bri decided to tap into her entrepreneurial spirit and get to work creating her own planning products that reflected her aesthetic – a simple and minimal line with sophisticated styling.

We spoke to Bri all about her job as a pediatrician, planning as a creative outlet and becoming an entrepreneur. Listen to our chat below:

Interview with Create With Bri

CREATE WITH BRI

During the early days of the pandemic, when most children were doing remote learning, Bri had some free time to focus on starting a business. With an emphasis on functionality and sophistication, her brand, Create with Bri was born. She started by designing stickers with a simple style that helped elevate your planner and  productivity.

Even though her initial focus has been on stickers, Bri has plans to grow the business into a full line of luxury planning and stationery products. Her first sticker books, Nude Hues (over 3000 stickers in different shapes and sizes all in a rich neutral color palette) and Iconic (24 custom icon designs in six different colors) are currently available on her website.

Bri also enjoys bringing her medical knowledge to planning as well.  She created a unique Health & Wellness Card Set which is a trio of cards (Self-Care Tracker, Medication List and Health Maintenance Tracker) featuring current medical guidelines based on age and gender for preventative healthcare.

WHAT’S NEXT

For her next release, Bri wanted to incorporate a more decorative approach while staying true to her minimal style.  The newest sticker book, called Pampas Grass, is designed to compliment any minimal or decorative spread.  It releases on March 16th on her website.

In 2022, she also hopes to focus on bringing some new products and accessories to her line and possibly her own planner as well. Being a pediatrician, Bri is very interested in creating a planner for parents to help them keep track of their child’s development, milestones, vaccines and overall wellness.

Bri is definitely inspiring and has many talents. We can’t wait to see what’s to come.  Be sure to follow along on her journey onInstagramFacebookYouTube and Pinterest plus shop her products on the Create with Bri website.
