PlannerCRUSH - April

We are so excited to share our latest “#PlannerCRUSH” with you! In this series we share the planning style of someone in our community that we just can’t get enough of. We are talking about saving all the IG posts, scrolling the reels feed and binge watching all the PWMs. Each time, we will feature a clue along with a few planner pics to see if you can recognize our #plannercrush?  Here goes

CLUE: Living her best life through planning and reading…

ANSWER: Ruth @ruthfulplanning

Ruth started her planner journey back in middle school as a way to memory keep and write down to do’s. But what started as a way to preserve memories has grown into a way to manage her time, get creative and feel less stress and overwhelm, especially during difficult times.  In 2021, Ruth decided to create a planner Instagram account after discovering the planner community through Kellofaplan and Planning with Bumble.

Although Ruth has tried many planning systems, her preference is still discbound.  These days she uses planners for many areas of her life. Her current planner stack includes a Happy Planner Dashboard for social media, a Laurel Denise Planner as a catch all, The Daily Grind Planner for goals and habits, a Kellofaplan Planner for memory keeping as well as a few others as reading journals. Some of her favorite planning essentials include black pens, correction pens, Uniball Signo white gel pen, X-Acto knife and of course stickers!

Planning continues to be a creative outlet as well as serve a functional purpose in her life. When she sits down to have a planning session, she generally has an idea for what she needs to plan and how she wants the spread to look. However, she is also inspired by the community and fellow friends she sees online.

For more inspiration, follow Ruth on Instagram and YouTube or visit her Etsy shop for planner printables. You can also keep up with her reading journey in our Book Section.
