CLUE: Journaling is a form of creative expression…

ANSWER: Natasha @natashamillercreates

Natasha always enjoyed being creative. During her school years, her notebooks were filled with lettering and doodles. But she first discovered bullet journaling in 2017 when she was planning a big move for her family. She was struggling to stay organized and decided to try using a bullet journal to keep track of everything. But once the move was done, she found herself jumping into creative journaling more and more.

Now, bullet journaling has become her go to planning system because it is so versatile and functional. She uses it for day to day planning, long term goals as well as creative journaling. Throughout her journey, Natasha has pushed her creative boundaries and learned modern calligraphy, hand lettering and illustration. She will often experiment in an art journal and later incorporate the supplies and themes into her bullet journal. Spending time creating in her journals helps her work through anxiety and stress. It has become a large part of her mental wellness and self care practice. She also loves sharing her techniques to help others be more creative in their planners and journals.

Her favorite planning essentials include her Archer & Olive Notebook (B5 size dot grid), pens, paint pens in a variety of colors, washi and alphabet stamps.
