PlannerCRUSH - June

We are so excited to share our latest “#PlannerCRUSH” with you! In this series we share the planning style of someone in our community that we just can’t get enough of. We are talking about saving all the IG posts, scrolling the reels feed and binge watching all the PWMs. Each time, we will feature a clue along with a few planner pics to see if you can recognize our #plannercrush?  Here goes:

CLUE: Create a system and style that works for you…

ANSWER: Eliza @elizajournals

Eliza started her journey into planning through bible journaling. She decided to apply her creative skill for decorative journaling to planning. Finding inspiration from the planner community on Instagram and YouTube (some of her favorites include The Paper Pilgrim, Confident Canvas and Mom Run Craft), she was able to find which type of planner and style worked best for her.

While she doesn’t have a specific planning system, Eliza likes to keep things simple because decorative planning can easily become a daunting task. She likes to focus on writing down all the important things she needs to get done. The bullet journal style of planning has become her preference but she recently switched to using graph notebooks because they are easier on the eyes and better for accuracy.

Watching Plan with Me videos in the beginning gave her so much inspiration on how to use stationery and journaling supplies.  Currently, she is using several Hemlock & Oak graph notebooks (amazing paper quality) because she can use different art mediums without worrying about bleed through like with most normal notebooks. Her favorite planning essentials include stamps, Distress Oxide Inks and functional stickers from According to Ali. She encourages others to create a system and style that works best for them, enjoy using the supplies you already have and don’t get caught up in all the things on social media.
